Shankar Dada is a local goon who sets out to fulfill his parents' dream of him being a doctor. With help from his sidekick ATM, he enrolls himself in medical college and drives the principal and his daughter Dr. Sunitha up the wall.

The context of the show is that unsuspecting and often male passers are put in comical situations by three female decoys: Annett Fleischer, Isabell Polak and Manuela Wisbeck. Female stereotypes and corresponding reactions by men are put in the foreground during the show. For example a woman fills up the cabrio of her boyfriend after she asked another driver for the right sort of fuel and fills up the inner of the car and not the tank.

Seven of the nation's greatest artists, from different generations and genres, come together to pay tribute to each other by singing each other's greatest hits in a completely new way. Each episode focus on one of the stars, whose life story is told in a unique way through the other artist's performances.
